info@logo-bee.com and put
"REFUND" in the subject line. That's all. No explanation needed. No exceptions. No strings attached. Just one email from you to us. We will personally see to it that you receive a prompt refund for the order amount. This guarantee is valid for a full 30 days from the day we receive your order, or until you select one of the concept designs as your final logo, whichever comes first.
There is a 10% administration fee for all refunds.
