 Q-What Is A Logo?
A logo is a symbol that distinguishes a company. The logo symbol does not have to be a literal symbol. Sometimes text is treated in such a way that it becomes a symbol by itself. Q-How Long Will The Logo Design Process Take? Once we receive your order, we have 24 Business hours to deliver the first draft containing at least 3 different logo design concepts. Q-How Is The Logo Design Delivered? We deliver all drafts and the final logo via email. Q-In what formats will my logo be provided? Unique Web Solutions logos will provide you in multiple file formats for instant print and web use. We provide designs in AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Adobe Photoshop) EPS, jpg and Gif formats. Q-How many revisions can I ask for in logo design project? Our primary aim is to keep our clients satisfied by providing them quality service. For this purpose, we make unlimited revisions till the time you are satisfied by the logo design. Q-What if I don't like any of the initial logo designs? You can request a redraw and we will create more logos designs in accordance with your chosen logo design package. If you still do not like our designs, we will provide you a refund after deducting our 10% service fee. Q-Do you design brochures? Yes, we do brochure designs as well. Please contact our Support team. Q-What if I have my own idea for the company logo? We encourage our clients to provide ideas for their logo design projects. You can immediately send in your ideas to our design team once you have retained our services. Our experience is that designs developed on client ideas turn out to be the most satisfactory for our clients. Q-Can you redraw my existing business logo design? Of course! Our Value package is geared towards redrawing and repair of existing company logos. Q-Will I own the rights to my logo? Yes, you own the copyright to your final chosen logo. We only keep the right to display this artwork in our portfolio and other advertising materials. The rights to all the samples developed during the design phase, however remains with us. Q-Do you make logos for products, titles, names? Yes, we create any type of graphic`s identity. Q-Will my logo be original? Logo21 guarantees that your logo design will be unique and original. All our artworks are one-of-kind designs created in-house. Our reputation and success depend on it! Q-What is the difference between a print logo and a web logo? Print logos require a much higher resolution and need to be saved in certain standard print formats. Some of the most common and universal print formats for print jobs are TIFF, EPS, and Adobe Acrobat PDF. By creating a logo in these file formats, the logo can be opened up and printed even without having the original software application the logo was created in. Web logos require a much smaller resolution (since they only need to be displayed on screen). That's why they are not a good choice for printing, as the quality will appear very blurred or jagged on paper. Q-Will I own the copyright of the logo? Yes, all copyright will belong to you. Q-Do you require a deposit? Yes, $100 is required for a deposit. The remaining balance is due when you request for further revision or additional designs and before you receive the final files. Q-Do you offer online support after I receive my logo? Yes, we offer free lifetime file support. Q-Are there additional charges for multiple colors? No. Our logo design is one flat rate regardless of color combinations. Q-Are there additional charges for revisions? Check your "logo design package". Normally we will keep revising your logo until you are completely satisfied at no extra charge. We accept all the major credit card: Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express. We also accept company checks or money orders. Q-How would I know that my payment was accepted? One of our representatives will send you a confirmation via e-mail detailing the package you ordered and the approved payment.  |
